1960 California Johnson Visit Photos?

Are these pictures from the 1960's trip my
grandparents took to visit the Johnson cousins in California?

My grandfather, Ralph George Boyum, was apparently close to the Johnson's from California.  He supposedly cut out of college one year and went to live with the Johnson family with hopes of getting into the movies.  In 1931, he was sent this picture of the Johnson children (to left) with this inscription listed on the back:

For Ralph from 6 who love him - & one & a dog who would if they ever had a chance to meet him! (not to mention their Ma!)

Cammilla, the oldest daughter sent many photos and corresponded regularly as did Dick Winslow, the second oldest boy. It is unclear if the photos below are from the trip. No family member recognizes them and my grandmother can no longer recollect the photos.  There are hints that suggest it could be from this trip but I hope others can give me more details. Click any picture to enlarge it.
